Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble
Found a great recipe on
Smitten Kitchen
I used corn starch instead of flour - and I cooked the rhubarb for a few minutes on the stove in lemon juice and a teaspoon of sugar before adding to the baking dish.
Got the rhubarb from the farm today!
