This blog was inspired by my experiences as a member at my local CSA - Quail Hill farm - where eating local "in season meals" became a new way of life for me, making decisions on what to feed my family, based on what the farm is providing at any given time; using local organic ingredients whenever possible.

Every meal you see here was eaten and enjoyed by both my husband and I as well as our 2 daughters (ages 2 and 3.5). From the day that our girls started venturing into foods other than milk, they have eaten what we eat (ground up or otherwise)- they don't know any other way.
